With Paul’s loss and Mary’s win tonight, Paul moves into the dubious position of most money lost for the year (-$503.00). It’s rather shocking, considering Paul has never had a losing year, and now seven months into 2011 he’s the biggest loser.
(Paul’s loss tonight was especially unexpected considering he won a $32.50 jackpot.)
Of course he could easily come back for the year. A few big wins (which Paul often has) and he could find himself back in the positive column.
Speaking of Mary’s win, tonight marks her third Card Night win in a row, something she hasn’t had since October 2009. She got stuck early tonight, buying in for $140.00, but ended up with a nice $20.00 win.
Lyndon, on the other hand, wasn’t so lucky. Tonight was only his fourth Card Night attended in 2011 (he’s usually unable to play Thursdays, so he took advantage of a Tuesday game tonight), and he has lost all four times. And three of those four times (including tonight), he was the biggest loser for the night.
