Card Night 27-Feb-2013

To say Bill is having a bad 2013 would be an understatement.

We’ve played six times this year, and Bill has lost every time.  Four of those losses were over $100.00, and all but one of them were over $75.00.

And Bill has set the dubious record for most money lost over ten consecutive attended Card Nights by any player: $807.00.

Still, things can turn around dramatically.  Just ask Jeff, who at one point was down $821.00 for 2012.  Since October, Jeff is up $700.00.

Card Night 11-Feb-2013

Last year Jeff was plagued with some of his worst Card Night results ever.  2012 was littered with $100.00+ losses, and not many wins.

Then in early November, things turned around big time.  Since then, Jeff has only lost on three Card Nights, and he’s won $604.00.  He is currently the 2013 leader, up $213.00.

Card Night 07-Feb-2013

Tonight’s Card Night was 23 days since the last time we played.  That’s the longest span of no playing in recorded Card Night history.  (The previous record was 22 days, between 20-Sep-2004 and 12-Oct-2004.)

Both Jeff and Mary were having terrible nights, buying in for $100.00 and $140.00 respectively.  And then they each went on a tear, seemingly scooping pot after pot.  They both ended up winning for the night; in fact, Mary was the big winner.

Nobody has won jackpot this year, and it has swelled to $101.00.  Don’t fold!
