A couple of personal records were broken tonight:
Jason has attended 15 Card Nights in a row without missing one.
Lyndon has had a losing session the last 11 times he’s attended Card Night.
At the end of the night, the kitty was $25.00 short. Our written record of buy-ins was also $25.00 short. Counting and recounting of everyone’s stacks still had us off by $25.00.
We’ve never had a discrepancy that big. The only thing we could figure was that an extra $25.00 chip somehow made it into the game.
To be fair to everyone, we let jackpot make up the difference. So instead of what would have been an $18.00 dollar increase, jackpot had a $7.00 decrease.

Chris lost twice tonight with four of a kind (albeit in a wild-card game).
The game was No-Limit, Five-Card Draw, Deuces Wild.
Chris’s first loss was when he ran up against Jason’s four aces.
His second loss was when he ran up against Jason’s four kings. On this hand, Mark DeVol also lost with four of a kind, and Jason’s four kings were naturals (no wilds), so Jason also won jackpot.
