Four-Three produced some big pots tonight, but you wouldn’t know it based on the final results. For example, Jeff got hammered by the game, resulting in him having to buy in for $140.00, yet he had a huge comeback and ended up winning $25.00 for the night.
Mark DeVol called two December games tonight.
The first was Chowaha, a high-low version of Texas Hold ’em where there are three flops, two turns, and one river. Players make their hands using one of the flops, one of the turns, and the river, as shown by the arrows in the diagram below. The high hand splits with the low hand, but the low hand must be 8-high or lower.
The second game was 2-22. It’s similar to 7-27, except the players go for cards adding up to 2 or 22.
